Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging, with tags
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions by email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalised products
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
